Archer’s upside is less “one aircraft SKU” and more “industrial flywheel”: certify, ramp deliveries, prove
dispatch reliability, then monetize recurring ops + maintenance + software. Owning/controlling a dense hub (
Hawthorne) can accelerate utilization learning and partner distribution. The
multiple is constrained by regulatory gates and
capex, but expands if Archer becomes the trusted operating rail rather than a prototype OEM.
