commissioning velocity, credible delivery on large contracts, and higher utilization from better capacity planning and enterprise readiness. If it can (1) keep winning power-backed sites, (2) secure next-gen GPU supply, and (3) broaden beyond a few anchor buyers, the market can underwrite it as a bankable “AI capacity platform” and sustain a premium to generic data-center operators.
