The upside case does not need SoundHound to own frontier models. It needs the company to use
OASYS, enterprise acquisitions, and channel integrations to own more of the workflow around those models. Because the stock already trades on a premium narrative, the path to good returns is mostly revenue scale and better revenue quality, not further speculative multiple expansion. If deployment speed, cross-sell, and retention improve while burn falls, a solid 2x to 5x outcome is plausible even with a lower sales multiple than today.
